OES (Online Education Services) have been at the forefront of innovative higher education for more than a decade, collaborating with university and VET partners to enhance the study experience and attract new student audiences.

White Rabbit were tasked with creating an internal communications signage network which integrates into OES' holistic approach to promoting effective communications amongst all the people within their organisation.

Requirements

1. Deploy internal signage network across 2 floors

2. Procurement of media player hardware

3. Custom client-branded content management system (CMS)

4. Handover of 'ready-to-use' system with connected & grouped displays and layouts/playlists

The opportunity

OES were completing a new interior fit-out across two floors within their Cremorne HQ. An opportunity was uncovered to implement an internal signage network as an additional touchpoint to their internal comms strategy. A digital signage network does not rely on user input to activate or interact with, and enables important messages to be shared across an entire workspace.

The process

— OES had existing displays they wished to repurpose for the new fit-out

— White Rabbit procured hardware to transform the TVs into smart connected displays

— A dedicated cloud-hosted CMS server was spun up to power content delivery to the network

— White Rabbit handled setup, installation and on-site handover including training on making the most of their new comms tool
